I had the most wonderful experience with America and her team. She’s not only a real estate agent to me but like family because she showed concern in every single step in the sale. She showed care throughout the process in helping me sell my home but buy my new home. Even after the transaction she still checks in and how everything is going with my new home. She not only helped me with buying my new home but also helping me in the entire loan process. As someone who is retiring, this can be a very overwhelming and emotional process, America was there to explain everything to me and keep my best interest in mind. She stole my heart in making me feel comfortable in that I was doing the right thing. If I could give her six stars I would!
